The Glass Pour provides educational content, digital playbooks, and training resources focused on wine, service standards, and hospitality operations.
All content is designed to support better decision-making and execution on the floor. It does not replace venue-specific policies, legal obligations, or professional advice.
2. Digital Products & Access
All playbooks and digital products are delivered electronically.
Once access is granted, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital content unless required by law.
If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, contact us and we’ll resolve it.
3. Use of Content
All content is for internal use within your venue or team.
You may:
Use the material for training and internal education
Share it with your staff
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or publish the content
